Laura Rahman is a highly accomplished fundraising professional currently serving as the Vice President of Individual Giving. With a career spanning over 18 years, Laura has honed her expertise in planning and executing diverse fundraising programs to achieve ambitious goals and foster sustainable growth.

Prior to joining RIF, Laura played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the individual giving program for The Arc of the United States. In her current position, Laura continues to bring her wealth of experience to drive positive change for children’s literacy.

Based in Washington, DC, Laura is not only a dedicated fundraising professional but also an avid traveler and book lover. She lives with her husband, two daughters, and their fluffy dog, Emma.
