Rachel brings two decades of nonprofit sector expertise to Reading Is Fundamental. Previously with CCS Fundraising, she collaborated with nonprofits to optimize their fundraising strategies across education, economic development, and cultural sectors. As the National Building Museum’s Director of Corporate Giving, she doubled corporate memberships and drove impactful fundraising initiatives. Rachel has also secured vital funds for renowned institutions like JumpStart Inc., Johns Hopkins University’s Wilmer Eye Institute, and Case Western Reserve University. Rachel's academic journey is marked by a BA in Political Science from Cleveland State University and an MPA from the University of Southern California.
