Norman Karlson
Norman joined RIF in 2021. As Project Accountant, Norman works with the Development and Programs teams preparing and reviewing project budgets for inclusion in funding proposals. His role also includes working with the Controller and CFO to help facilitate various finance tasks, including monthly close, book inventory management, project reporting, reviewing grants, and keeping Programs team up-to-date with current funded project progress. Norman graduated from The George Washington University School of Business in 2020 with a Bachelors of Accounting Degree and in 2022 with a Masters of Accountancy Degree. He is currently pursuing a CPA license.

I liked those books because I remember having those read to me by my parents. I also have 3 younger siblings and when they were young I would sometimes have to read them books and I would also read them the Tin Tin books.
