Cinder Eddie

Cinder Eddie was poor. He lived with his stepfather. He lived with his stepbrothers. They were mean to him. They made him cook. They made him clean. They made him sleep on the floor.

They got a letter. It was from the queen. It asked them to come to a ball.

Cinder Eddie helped them get ready. He sewed their suits. He shined their shoes.

He cleaned the house.

They were ready for the ball. Cinder Eddie was not. He had to clean. He had to cook. They left without him.

Cinder Eddie was sad. But then… Poof. He had a fairy godfather. Poof. He had a suit. Poof. He was at the ball.

Cinder Eddie met the princess. They fell in love. Soon it was midnight. Cinder Eddie ran out. His shoes did not fall off. Men’s shoes don’t fall off so easily.

The princess liked him. She wanted to find him. She didn’t need his shoe. She asked who he was. She found his stepbrother. She was nice to him. She asked for his address. He gave it to her. She went there the next day.

She found Cinder Eddie. She asked him to marry her. He said yes. He became a prince. He never had to work again. They lived happily ever after.
