Elizabeth Hadley

Dr. Elizabeth Burke Hadley is an associate professor of literacy studies at the University of South Florida. Dr. Hadley’s area of expertise centers on supporting language and early literacy development in pre-k classrooms, especially for children experiencing poverty and/or from marginalized communities. Her research focuses on how early language and literacy can be intentionally and equitably fostered in pre-k classrooms where children possess a diverse array of language and literacy resources.
